Appalachia Forward exists to empower working-class families, young people, and marginalized communities to reclaim their voices in shaping the future of our region.
We do this by:
- fostering radical community care,
- promoting popular education,
- cultivating shared power through grassroots organizing and partnerships, and
- advocating for policies that center fairness, dignity, and opportunity for all.
We do this so that every Appalachian can live with dignity, stability, and hope.
